the personalty;; Maya's childhood has left some deep and lasting impressions on her, that much is for certain. Being enthusiastic, trusting and innocent through youth, then forming reactions to what has happened to her. Such as her father's death at the hands of Kingpin, a person that she trusted. So much so, that she did some of his dirty work, until finding out the truth and forming a path for herself. You would think that she turned into a hard and bitter shell, after what happened, but that isn't the case. In a way, she just tries to be a little bit more wiser in where to place her trust. Maya is playful, witty, charming, spontaneous and enthusiastic. Will sometimes ask the hard-hitting questions that most find difficult, call it curiosity. Such as: When is it ok to kill? Lastly, though she doesn't like to bring it up, her deafness can put her in a vulnerable spot, to make her vulnerable. She dislikes it and still strives to overcome it, when it gets in her way.


------------------the ability;;
If she carefully watches somebody performing a physical task, no matter how delicate and intricate, she can reproduce the exact same moves. With enough study of somebody in various situations, she can build up a flexible repertoire of moves that make her as talented and efficient as the original. Thus, she can learn to play the piano, dance, speak multiple languages, fight, perform acrobatics and so on like the greatest masters. Her ability makes her one-smart-cookie. So, it's eerie for others to watch, sometimes. Maya can't copy superhuman feats, like the Hulk's super strength, because she is human.

the friends;; She needs friends for her civilian life and that can be anything from a best friend, close friend or acquaintance. Something to make a nice, small circle of support that she can be around. As for the hero realm, allies would be nice, as well as a close friend. If you have any ideas, I'm open to listen.

the lovers This is pretty much free to be explored, with whatever guy that catches her fancy. Such as flirting, or a brief fling for whatever reason, to a meaningful-complicated relationship.

the enemies As Echo: Kingpin, his allies and most villains are her enemies to deal with. Plus, there may be people holding grudges of the people that she killed, while under Fisk's orders. As Maya: I'm sure there could be a few people that rub her the wrong way, to have as an enemy. It happens.[/size][/font]

I barely know who Echo is, so we need to change that.

So Emma used to be the White Queen of the Hellfire Club's Inner Circle. Social Elite, super evil. About a year ago Emma cut her ties with the Hellfire Club, because she was like "hey I shouldn't be super evil." The Hellfire Club could have had some evil deals with Kingpin and his whole cute little gang, or the Hellfire Club could have been all up in Echo's business. Either way we could use the Hellfire Club to set up some sort of intense hatred/rivalry between these two.

Or they could be allies. Emma has like no allies at all, so she would be totally cool with making an alliance with an independent superhero. The White Queen would be totally okay with using Frost International to hook Echo up with new/more advanced equipment. She isn't Tony Stark, but she has some really good stuff. Along with this Emma has access to a lot of really talented people with special skills for Echo to copy. Want a demolitions expert? I got twenty. However Emma will except something in return, if not now then in the future. Maybe bail her out when things get rough, or maybe help her track down and destroy Sentinels.

I like the allies, bit. Mainly because she doesn't have anyone in her corner, either. She may save the day a couple of times, and meet a few heroes, but I think people are wary of her. Trust takes time. For Emma's case, I think she would warm up for a partnership, trust and try to help and pay her back. I'm totally game for this. Love it! <3

Alright! If you want I could start a thread for these two because Emma is the kind of gal to track down Echo herself.

Is Maya's identity public? Cause if not Emma will just do some vigilanty stuff trying to run into her or something. If her identity is public she will like just show up at her doorstep and be like "yo", or send her an invitation to a fancy dinner party cause wynaut.

Thank you, for starting us a thread! I appreciate it. <3 Maya's identity isn't public, and the only one to know who she is...well, is the Kingpin. As he can recognize her skill, but he just lets her be. Lots of angst there.

I think doing some vigilante stuff, and running into one another would be cool. xD Also, a fancy dinner party is a must.. cause....... well...... it's awesome.
